Proarrhythmic response to flecainide. Heart rate equals dots; bars represent premature ventricular contractions (PVC's). At dose of 100 mgs every 12 hrs there were 1.2 PCV's per minute. But at 150 mgs dose every 12 hrs the PCV's increased to 20 per minute and runs of PVC's and spontaneous ventricular tachycardia (bottom tracing) occurred (not previously present).
