The current of injury occasionally seen in hyperkalemia.The plasma K at 7:00pm was 9.1 meq/liter,illustrating,in addition to prolongation of the PR and diffuse intraventricular conduction delay, a current of injury simulating acute myocardial infarction.The ST-segment elevation is best seen in leads 111,V1,and V3.After treatment of the hyperkalemia(10:30PM), the tracing,with the exception of an abnormal T in lead 1 and slight ST-sgment elevationin lead 111,is normal.
